◆General Returns: Believe In Fun stores accept returns on most products within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers must pay for the return shipping of the item.

◆Defective products: If you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@believeinfun.com Contact our customer support team to arrange a return, exchange or refund. Believe In Fun store will cover all costs associated with the defective product. Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

◆We cannot refund if any of the following two situations occur.

  1. Sending merchandise to an incorrect address (including returning merchandise to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  2. Select Cash on Delivery as your return method.
